P had been so struck by the sweet fragrance of chamomile on the side of the road on his travels throughout England that he bought some chamomile seeds last year and popped them in a pot to see if he could recreate it. Unfortunately, all it really did was just grow some short delicate green leaves and that's it.
We left it outside throughout the winter and expected to reuse the pot for something else this spring, but the chamomile grew back, and this time with tons of flowers!

We were actually able to make one pot of chamomile tea from the flowers!
