so i checked out the website that is at the bottom of the sign. this an advertisement for portable ashtrays! they don't mind you smoking just don't throw the butt on the ground. they have ashtrays that look like cookies and stylish animal print ashtrays. its incredible!

wow. i remember Bulgaria 1984. people would but their ashes and butts in their pockets. portable ashtrays. what a concept. commies sure know how to keep a country clean.
